Topics
This seminar builds on the knowledge and material studied within the Discrete Mathematics I course.
We are going to explore the Erdős distinct distance problem, and the beautiful combinatorial (and sometimes geometric) techniques that went into it over the years.
Reference
The seminar's material will follow the book titled The Erdős Distance Problem, by Julia Garibaldi, Alex Iosevich and Steven Senger, and the references therein.
